In addition to being transparent about damages, we also believe in making clear agreements with our customers. 🤝
That’s why we agree on the following:
- Full tank on departure = Full tank on return (or we refill it at €1.90/L)
- Clean on departure = Clean on return (cleaning fee = €30)
- If the vehicle requires a deep clean, a €100 fee will be charged.
You choose this entirely yourself! When picking up the vehicle, you can choose to transfer a €500 deposit via bank contact or you can hand it over in cash at pickup. We consciously choose not to use Visa as this is a significant cost for the customer.
If you decide to capture your fantastic ride with a photo report 📸, we’ll notify you right away and refund you the difference. No worries — you’ll also receive the photos! 😉
You must be at least 23 years old and have held your driver’s license for at least 1 year.
At pickup, we only need the following from you:
- Copy of the driver’s ID (front and back)
- Payment of the security deposit (€500) or Visa card details
- Signed rental agreement (you can already find it here 📃
No worries! All vehicles are fully covered with both liability (BA) and comprehensive (Omnium) insurance.
We leave it up to you whether you want to buy out the comprehensive insurance.
Without deductible reduction → Excess of €1,800
- In the event of an accident with estimated damage exceeding €1,800, you’ll only be responsible for the amount up to €1,800. Everything beyond that is covered by our insurer.
With deductible reduction → Excess of €800
- Not feeling entirely confident (or a bit accident-prone 😬)? Then you can choose the optional coverage to reduce the excess to €800.
You can easily do this by adding €20/day extra. Then we take on all the worries after €800. You can choose this option when renting your car.
Unfortunately, buying out damage to third parties is not possible. For this, you remain liable for €500.
When booking, you can use the code [WEEKEND25] to get 10% off your rental price. Having trouble with it or forgot to apply it? No worries! The invoice is made afterwards, and we’ll refund the difference 😉

Every online booking is manually confirmed by us.
Normally, rentals run from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
However, we always make a follow-up call to listen to your plans and whether you might want to use the vehicle longer in the evening.
We are very flexible in picking up and returning vehicles. If desired, arrangements can be made to pick up vehicles in the early morning with our key boxes.
Good news! We have key boxes now! If you want to pick up the car very early, this is possible. It will be agreed in advance when you would like to come and collect the car, and we will ensure that everything is ready. Do you want to come for the vehicle at 6:30? Then the key for the vehicle will be in the key box and you can leave straight away.

Would you prefer a personal approach? Then you can come and collect the car theevening beforeor we are open in the morning from 8:30.
Breakdowns can happen to anyone. Fortunately, our vehicles are covered by VAB roadside assistance!
If the issue can't be resolved right away, we’ll do what’s needed to get you back on the road — or offer you a refund. Either way, we take full responsibility and make sure you’re not burdened by the inconvenience!
You have the option to leave your car in our parking lot. That way, you don’t need to come with two people to pick up your rental car.
